I know that this LJ was short lived, but if anything, it chronicled the most awkward moments of my life and i kind of want to leave it at that, SO, starting in 2009 i will be using: likeourghosts

in this new journal, such as in my life, i hope to move into a more positive direction and steer clear of the mishaps like those described here.

Sexual violence is serious fucking business and it should be in everyone's utmost interest to believe someone who has experienced it. It's hard to admit that someone you are friends with could be a perpetrator, but it happens. do not "blacklist" victims because you feel entitled to make shallow judgements on their sexual behavior. because you find the way they chose to express their sexuality so OFFENSIVE to you that you can't wrap your fickle brains around the fact that even people who have active sex lives, can actually be raped.

Dylan and Mark were working at gillie's last night and bought us a bottle of wine, it ruled! so we got crunk'd at gillies and then did lots of sweet lady shit. it productive and awesome and filled me with warm fuzzies.
